Q.  Are you giving some of the proceeds to Charity?

As part of our commitment to rescue dogs and those who work daily to provide for homeless and shelter dogs, we continue to provide financial support from a portion of our sales.

Q. Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In most cases the product is shipped USPS.

Q.  How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, our designs are shipped within 3 business days, sometimes less. A tracking number will be provided when the item ships. There are exceptions for imported products.

Q. Are your products made in the USA?

All of our print products, ie, shirts, mugs, bags, pillows and more, are created and shipped from the United States. Some rate materials may be made or assembled outside the U.S.

Q. What if I order the wrong size?

We encourage our customers to take care in reading our sizing charts and order accordingly. It is also important that care is taken in choosing the correct item. Double check your selections made from the drop down menus for size, style, and color, to insure the selections are what you want.

Q. Do you accept returns?

Depends. If we screw up, absolutely. If you screw up, maybe. One thing for certain, we do not accept returns on items once they have be used or laundered. If the product is defective, ie. after it is laundered, contact by emailing us.


Before a return is made, contact us via email to insure we know the issue.

Some customer service issues are handled by our vendor. Instructions will be on your shipping papers.

When a return is approved, instructions will be given as to how and where to send the product.

Q. Is it safe to order online?

Yes, very. uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

Q. What if I need to change my order?

If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap.  Unfortunately once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Q. What happens if you send the wrong item?

First, please accept our sincerest apologies.  We try really hard to make sure everything is perfect, but mistakes can occasionally happen.  Please contact us at  and we'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Q. Why do you use a gmail account?

If you prefer to reach us at you are welcome to do so. The gmail account is easier for some of our staff to access. It is strictly for our convenience.
